Deep Black Basalt

Daknong black basalt has the darkest color amongs all types of basalt stones in Vietnam. Besides, it is highly massive and hard; its density reaches about 2.96 g/cm3. 

Differently from other types of basalt materials, Daknong Black Basalt does not contain errors like white spots, tiny holes, different colors in the same tile, iron oxides, which is especially suitable for Black Polished and Black Honed stones with perfect black color and polish level. Thus, unlike GL Black Basalt, which is mainly used for outdoor tiling, Daknong black basalt is used to produce high quality indoor tiles and is especially preferred by customers in Germany, Korea, and Thailand.

Daknong black basalt is also used to make outdoor products such as stone slabs, borders, step stones with flamed, flamed and brushed surface. At present, Daknong Black Basalt is finished with a method of Flamed and Waterjet, which solves the problem of surface treatment and smooth surface after burning while avoiding color fading in brushing process and keep the natural black color of products. The Flamed and Waterjet method is an effective method and is especially preferred by customers in Germany and the Netherlands.

SHA Vietnam started to export Daknong Black Basalt products from 2009 to Holland market and distributed mainly in Germany.
